Nori Zen 1-Year Extended Protection Plan

At Nori Zen, we stand behind the quality of every cup we create.

Your Nori Zen Cup is covered by a 1-Year Extended Protection Plan from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

What is Covered

This protection plan covers manufacturing defects, including:

• Defective stainless steel body
• Faulty insulation performance
• Defects in the temperature display caused by manufacturing
• Manufacturing defects in the lid or straw (excluding damage caused by misuse)

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, replace the defective product or the affected part at no additional cost.

What is Not Covered

This protection plan does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic scratches, dents, or discoloration
• Damage caused by dropping, impacts, accidents, or misuse
• Damage resulting from improper cleaning or care
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat or fire
• Loss or theft
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs

Important Care Instructions

To protect the electronic temperature display, the lid is NOT dishwasher safe.

• Hand wash the lid only using mild soap and warm water.
• Do not submerge the lid in water for extended periods.
• Do not place the lid in a dishwasher.
• The stainless steel cup body and straw may be cleaned according to the care instructions provided with your product.

Damage caused by placing the electronic lid in a dishwasher is considered improper use and is not covered under this warranty.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

Our support team will review your claim and respond as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Extended Protection Plan

This protection plan is limited to the replacement of defective products or parts. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.
