Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original accessories.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong product was received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
