How long does it keep drinks hot?

Our tumbler keeps drinks hot up to 6 hours. To increase time rinsing inside with very hot water before filling may prolong the hotness 

How long does it keep drinks cold?

Our tumbler keeps drinks cold up to 6 hours. To increase time ice cubes may  prolong the coldness

How do I check the temperature?

The tumbler has an integrated smart temperature thermometer with a simple touch function display. Just tap it slightly, don't press and it will show you accordingly the temperature of the beverage and show you the icon of a hot or cold beverage. Please notice that the thermometer takes a few seconds directly after pouring in to measure the actual temperature of your beverage

Does the LED display require charging?

No the tumbler has an integrated battery thermometer display which does not require cable charging. VERY IMPORTANT: due to the electronics the lid needs to be hand washed and is not dishwasher safe

Is the tumbler leak-proof?

Yes, unless the lid has been closed correctly, it is leak proof. Although after a lot of usage and in case of a loosening lid due to overusage leaking may appear 

Does it fit in standard car cup holders?

Yes, it totally suits standard car cup holders and any other standard cup holders e.g. For strollers etc

Is it made from food-grade stainless steel?

The inside of the tumbler and body is made from graded 316 stainless steel and double insulation, safe, odorless, easy to clean, non slip and wear resistant, ensuring a soothing feeling during daily use

Can I use it for coffee, tea and cold drinks?

Yes, you may use any kind of beverage with your tumbler 

How should I clean it?

The tumblers inside steel body itself is absolutely dish washer safe, but the lid itself needs separate hand wash due to the electronics. Washing the lid which includes electronics in the dish washer will lead to electronic damage 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping depends on the country of destination and may take up to 14 days maximum for certain countries for standard shipping 

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is 14 days after receipt of product. Please notice that we only accept returns of products in original condition and not already used or damaged in any way. We do not have a return label, therefore costs of return need to be paid by customer
